Tax Receipt Receive a tax receipt (at the end of the calendar year) for any season ticket you are unable to use. Notify us at least 2 hours before the performance listed on your ticket to receive a year-end tax receipt for donated unused tickets.

Please dial 315.788.6290, ext. 3, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. If paying by check, we will reserve your seats (up to 10 days) and give you a total to send in. If payment has not been received 7 days prior to the first concert in your subscription package, we must release the tickets for sale.

To order in person, come to the music office at 227 Sherman Street, Watertown, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The music office is located inside the office suite in the Macsherry Parish Center. Entrances to the parish center are located on Sherman Street and off of the city parking lot located between Clinton and Stone streets. Both entrances are handicapped assessible.
