Northern Blend was established in 1985 and consists of women representing a wide range of backgrounds. The chorus is the 2017 International Chorus Champions of Harmony, Incorporated and a member of Area 3, Harmony, Inc. Their chapter quartets are For Heaven’s Sake, the 1996 International Quartet Champions; LiveWire, the 2015 International Quartet Champions; Lip Service, the 2017 International 3rd Place Bronze Medalists; and International qualifier Firestorm. They are under the direction of Katie Taylor.
