Askar Salimdjanov, violin

Salimdjanov has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as the South Florida Symphony Orchestra and the Uzbekistan National Symphony Orchestra. He has also played in major venues globally, including Carnegie Hall and the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center. He studied at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory in Singapore, Lynn University, and Rice University, with notable mentors including Elmar Oliveira and Cho-Liang Lin. Salimdjanov joined the Naples Philharmonic as a permanent violinist in 2022 and has performed on instruments by Vincenzo Panormo and Antonio Stradivari.
With seven years of teaching experience, many of his students have won international competitions. He has participated in masterclasses with numerous distinguished musicians and ensembles.
